RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 99301 10253 or email us at rescuerainwear@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when you send us the product back.


What if the customer wants to replace a product received in perfect condition?

If the product received by the customer is in perfect condition, however the customer wants to replace it with another size or design, in such a situation we have a replacement option for the customers subject to stock availability and provided the customer bears the to and fro charges of courier / shipping / duties if any which shall be subjective in terms of number of products & distance and is willing to pay the excess amount if any. Please make sure that the original product’s tag and packing is intact when you send us the product. For customers outside India the replacement process is geographically as well as economically unfeasible, however if the customer intends to proceed with the replacement at his own expense, we shall initiate the replacement process. The timeline for exchanging orders is 15 days.


How to initiate the replacement process?

The Customer has to call our customer care service at +91 9301 10253 or try to email us at rescuerainwear@gmail.com mentioning your Order ID. Our customer support team will then initiate the replacement process at the earliest.


Return Policy

  • We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible products.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method upon receipt of the returned item.
  • For COD orders, customers must provide their bank details for a refund transaction.
  • Returns can only be requested after the item has been delivered.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 2 to 4 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • If you receive an incorrect product, you must share an unboxing video of the package.
  • If your pin code is not serviceable, you must self-ship the product using reverse logistics.
  • Do not accept packages that appear tampered with.
  • Do not share your OTP (One-Time Password) with the carrier unless you have received your product.
  • To initiate a cancellation, contact us via the “Contact Us” link, and we will respond within 24 hours.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • By using our platforms and purchasing products, you agree to abide by this policy.
 

Exchange Policy

  • Free Exchange.
  • Request for an exchange within 15 days of delivery.
  • Exchange is not available for free products.
  • Size/Colour exchanges are subject to availability.
  • Please note that only one-time exchange is allowed.
  • If you received the wrong product, please share an unboxing video of the package.
